The proposed configuration can realize lowpass, bandpass, highpass, notch and allpass transfer functions. Some of the derived filter types from the proposed universal biquadratic filter have the advantage of having one (or two) more simultaneous output filter responses. One of the derived filter types has the advantages of realizing non-inverting lowpass, inverting bandpass and non-inverting highpass signals simultaneously with high input impedance and grounded capacitors. The active and passive sensitivities are low. Because the output impedance of the CFA is very low, the output terminals of the proposed configuration can be directly connected to the next stage.
