Description
Summary:碩士 === 中原大學 === 電機工程研究所 === 91 === Abstract In the thesis, a method based on node transformation matrix for the synthesis of high-order voltage-mode CCCⅡ-C lowpass, bandpass, and highpass filters is proposed. The proposed nth-order filter circuits contain n+1 CCCⅡs and n capacitors and realize lowpass, bandpass, and highpass voltage transfer functions from the same configuration. The proposed filter structure employs the least number of components compared with recent several circuit structures. The employment of grounded capacitors makes it ideal for integrated circuits implementation. With CCCⅡs, a resistor-free RC active circuit is achieved. A similar synthesis method to realize the same voltage transfer functions is presented, too. The high input impedance property good for straight cascade can be easily achieved through adding only one active component to the original input terminal. The circuit properties are unchanged.
