Summary: | 碩士 === 中原大學 === 機械工程研究所 === 91 === A genetic algorithm is developed for high-speed and high-precision positioning control on a platform driven by piezoelectric actuator in this article. By means of encoding, reproduction, crossover and mutation, a set of optimal gains for PID controller is obtained. The entire system makes use of a single chip processor and a LC series resonant driving control circuitry for piezoelectric ceramic devices in association with precise measurement sensors. The simulation result and practical experiment verify the performance of the proposed control algorithm that is able to achieve the objective of high-precision positioning.
