| Summary: | 碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 資訊管理系碩士班 === 91 === The effectiveness of electronic data exchange is one of the most important issues in electronic commerce. It is believe that XML is the best layout format for exchanging messages over Internet. Although XML provide rich structure for exchanged messages and allows developers to define their own document structure, it creates difficulties in interoperability. To overcome this problem, many international organizations devote to develop XML repositories. XML repositories keep reusable subjects such as DTDs for developers, and thus save time, money, and improve interoperability. For XML repositories, it is extremely important to have an efficient search engine to locate the required document definitions. In this paper, we propose a new scheme to search document schemata effectively. Also, to demonstrate its feasibility, a prototype is developed.
