Therefore, keeping change so that the organization can survive is necessary. In view of reducing the resistance from organizational change, a practical survey of acquiring resistance to enterprise resource planning (ERP) by experienced members in organization is achieved in this study. We would like to explore the resistance factors for an organization from three perspectives: individual resistance, group resistance and organizational resistance. The multi-variant analysis from statistics is used to classify the resistance factors from members in an organization. We summarize that there are three types of individual resistance: institutional concern, psychological concern and benefit concern. Two types of group resistance are clustered: denial and argument; moreover, three types in organizational resistance are found: discouragement organizational change and efficiency.
