Every country devoted to herself increase agriculture products, high synthetic technology products, and chemistry fertilizers. With regard to pesticide, it draws concerns about toxic gas which is harmful to our health. People used a lot of fertilizer and pesticide in many countries to increase production in a period of time. Its effect was amazing. This way brought about “ green revolution “. For several decades, behind “ the green “, it has hidden black environmental ecology crisis which is on the brink of explosion. Nowadays, people are concerned about the food they eat. Relatively, the needs for no pesticide, high nutritious organic food store increase. 21st century is the time that cooperation replaces competition. The goal of this study is to explore the workable way — chained organic food store. Is it the better management with organic concept? We interviewed some special organic chained storekeepers, and discussed some problems as below: 1.If we systematize special organic food store as chained store, can it be workable effectively? 2.After executing the management of chained store, can we increase the performance of special organic food store? 3.Can we surely keep the concept of special organic food store? We arrived at some conclusions after this study: 1.People who work in special organic food store have higher idea, education, and experiences. They have strong cooperation to be involved in the suitable chained store management.
