Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 國際企業管理學系碩士班 === 91 === Most Taiwan company owners did not move to China with their business, by incentive activities, those owners encourage expatriates in China to work as aggressive as in Taiwan. This study tries to find out the influence of incentive activities — family visit、employee stock ownership、career development — to job involvement. This study has 157 efficiency questionnaires within 250 in total. By statistical analysis, data results are following: 1. Employee Stock ownership and career development have positive influence to job commitment. But family visit has no significant influence to job commitment. 2. Family visit and career development have positive influence to job involvement. But employee stock ownership has no significant influence to job involvement.
