碩士 === 大葉大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 91 === ABSTRACT Accompanying with the coming of the knowledge economic age, it produces mass historical information and electronic files as the rapid progress of information technology. Traditional file management and procedure are no longer enough to satisfy a modern enterprise’s needs. Traditional file management is now facing problems with human resources management, time efficiency, storing space, permanency, information share, and safety. Thus digital file management is becoming a big challenge for most enterprises. Although it is much more convenient now to make documents digitalized by information technology than usual, enterprises should still consider the possible factors before appraising to build a document management system. In order to raise the efficiency of digitalized procedure, and also to assure the constancy and the inter-communicability of the documents. This research introduces Delphi Method and Linguistic Variable, and also interviewed experts in digitalized file management field. The research defines those important factors into four categories, which are nucleus, important, consult and assist factors. The enterprises can implement digitalized files management planning by these above important factors, in order to use those factors as the basis for the enterprises to analyze the needs in digitalized documents files management and to help the enterprises overcome the problems of traditional file management.
