However, the management experience of the military force that has been accumulated over several thousand years is designed based on the viewpoint of male as the foundation. Therefore, when the female officers are facing the rules and the system in the military force, will these cause inconvenience to them? In addition, what is the point of view of female? These are the motives of this research. Ever since the 1980s, in the western world, a trend on Gender Distinction Research 1980 sprang up. In addition, the gender distinction research generates a strong query on the traditional sex role and ideology and this arrives just in time to view the problem encountered by female officers and their predicaments. This research is mainly based on the viewpoint of female and adopts qualitative method to conduct exploration on female officers that during their military career, what type of problems they will encounter that are related to gender distinction and the method of improvement on these types of problems so that it can be a reference basis to push forward the work of equal rights for both sexes in the military force. Results of this research are mainly the following points: 1.In the national military force, there is actual existence of difference in gender distinction. 2.The types of gender distinction encountered by female officers include thirteen gender distinction differences including inequality in employment opportunity, inequality in promotion opportunity etc. 3.Aiming at the above problems types, improvement methods will include measures like cancellation of unreasonable gender distinction limitation, materialization of the principle of fairness and promotion of work equality etc. Zhu Bau Qing 朱寶青 2003 學位論文 ; thesis 146 zh-TW |
