There are four hypotheses after reviewing literatures. The first hypothesis is that there are significant correlations between Learning Organization and the content of Cross-Culture Training. The second hypothesis is that there are significant correlations between Learning Organization and the method of Cross-Culture Training. The third hypothesis is that it exists significant differences between different company’s characters and Learning Organization. The forth hypothesis is that it exists significant differences between different company’s characters and Cross-Culture Training. We collect empirical data by surveying the expatriates. According to the results of this study, we conclude some major results as follow: 1.Learning Organization will totally affect the organizational structure, behavior and learning of the listed companies. 2.The expatriates are more valuable the content of Cross-Culture Training than the method. 3.There are more needs to understand the basic characters when we are planning the Cross-Culture Training. 4.There are significant positive correlations between Learning Organization and Cross-Culture Training.
