The purpose of this research was to investigate the relationships among subjects’ demographic variables, service behaviors, personality traits, organizational commitment and flow experience. Frequency, descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA and Pearson product-moment correlation were adopted for data analysis. Conclusions were as follows: A. The profiles of samples were: the majority of subjects were married, family women, graduated from high school, Taoism, have three children, 44.47 averaged age; 3.38 years service period, one service organization, 18.71 hours service time per month, primary motivation was “self grown”, and “satisfied” for education training. B. The conclusions of this study were as follows: a. There were significant negative correlation among age and “purpose to service”, “concentration”, “selfless” factors in flow experience and “stay desire”, “goal and value degree” factors in organizational commitment. b. There were significant negative correlation among married subjects got higher scores at “purpose to service” and “concentration” factors than unmarried. c. Those who participating motivation was “gain self grown” got higher score at “hard desire” factor than “secret good deeds”. d. Total number of service organization, education training satisfaction degree had significantly positive correlation with flow experience and organizational commitment. e. There was positive correlation between type A personality and “self-affirmation efficiency”, “qualified” factors; and also type B personality with “stay desire” and “hard desire” factors. f. There was positive correlation among “self-affirmation efficiency”, “purpose to service”, “concentration” factors in flow experience, and “value desire”, “hard desire” factors in organization commitment.
