The implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) must make entire change on all operation processes and management levels. The complexity of ERP implementation and the difficulty of justly controls represent the most innovative project. If we can understand what are the critical success factors of ERP implementation, we can also make use of them to understand innovative project management. This study applies Grounded Theory, describes ERP implementation’s phenomena of past study, and makes exploration and analysis to phenomena. We find 32 critical success factors of ERP implementation through using opening coding. Then using axial coding to evaluate similar patterns, we may divide these 32 critical success factors into three categories: organization, technology and people. The results of this study can assist business to implement innovative operations and achieve sustainable competitiveness.
