In this project, we use healthy data from Hospital from Nov to do Rough Set and Decision Tree research. We compare Rough Set rule and Decision Tree rule to find health examination items. That can provide medical experts to do further research. We use the Rough Set to generate the rules. After filtering from the 203 rules, we select 12 outstand rules. Decision Tree generate 7 Decision Tree rules. After compared, We find (1) BMI, (2) age, (3) blood type, (4) haemogloblin and (5) uric acid to be health examination items.
