Description
Summary:碩士 === 華梵大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士班 === 91 === With the increasingly incandescent trend of global competition, various industries are confronted with the requirement of knowledge management in which the high technology industries concerned the most. It can be seen that the main objectives of the majority of enterprises placing importance on knowledge management are to improve the performance of product teams. Though the factors affecting team performance are many, literatures focusing on the organizational vision and the experience impartation are seldom. Thus, this work attempts to construct a theoretical model to probe into the impact of the organizational vision and the experience impartation on the team performance. We take high technology industries in Taiwan as the object of study to obtain the factors affecting team performance by questionnaire survey. The verification of the method of LISREL has found that the establishment of team objectives and the implementation of experience impartation have significant influence on the team performance with the operation of team members. The results of the study could be considered for high technology industries engaging in knowledge management.
