Based on Lyapunov stability theory, some stability criteria are derived. Delay-dependent and delay-independent criteria are proposed for the stability of the systems. Linear matrix inequality (LMI) approach and genetic algorithms (GAs) are used to solve the stability problem. Finally, some numerical examples are illustrated to show the use of our obtained results.
