It should be valued in a new way. Considering the change of the environment of information age and the development of techno ledge. What the information and the transformation of information to knowledge can bring for the enterprise? And what kind of competitive knowledge can it create? According to this, the purpose of this study is to present the effect of the organization transformation in information age on knowledge flow and competitive advantage. Based upon the learning theory, the study draws a conceptual framework. Then using empirical way to find the main reason to affect knowledge flow. The study would likes to make research on the background of the integration of information age for there are few study in the range in the past time. In this article, we focused on our study on knowledge flow, in this conception frameworks including the antecedent of organization operation---structure factor, system factor and relation factor, discussing the relationship of factors and competitive advantage. At the same time, we discuss the effect information techno ledge as the antecedent of the study. In the empirical aspect, we take the first 1000 manufacturing industry which was proclaimed by tian xia magazine as an object of study, and recover 104 effective samples. The results of study are showed below. First, analyzing the operation of enterprise and mode of knowledge flow to explain what it means to enterprise. Second, using the method of transform to solve the lack of fit problem. Third, we hope to develop a theoretical framework for future research, and generalize some suggestions for some Taiwan enterprise.
