Summary:碩士 === 義守大學 === 管理科學研究所 === 91 === Recently, under the policy of economic openness and reformation, China investment environment has changed to a certain degree because of its consumer market composed of numerous population, its continuously increasing economic growth, and the related policies, laws and decrees revised for becoming the member of WTO (World Trade Organization). On account of the vast internal consumer market and the trade liberalization after joining WTO, China has become a new economic market which is competitively invested and overall arranged by countries in the world. Nevertheless, at the same time, when Taiwanese companies starts to go in for investment in China market, the effects on Taiwan Head-quarters are what we need to pay close attention to. That is also the topic which will be explored in this study. After indirectly investment on Mainland China, Taiwan Head-quarters begins to enter the risk investment period. This study will utilize “Event History Analysis” to analyze export performance, financial performance, risk performance of Taiwan Head-quarters. Besides, We will examine the variances of effecting on these three performances. This study found that first, the assert size of firm, the investment level and Taiwanese Head-quarter’s profit-making ability have significant effects on the export performance. Secondly, the significant effectors on the financial performance are category of industry, the investment level, and Taiwanese Head-quarter’s profit-making ability. Thirdly, the assert size of firm, the investment level, and the profit-making ability significantly affect the risk performance
