As a knowledge-intensive and huge competition market environment, how to take well the human resource management had become a serious issue that the leaders of TV stations had to know already. Furthermore, keep learning, the concept of the Learning Organization, is also the important strategy for the wireless TV station managers who want to promote the organization and employees’ competition advantage. As the result, the purpose of this research was aimed to discuss the relationship among the leadership style,organizational culture, and the concept of the learning organization of the newsroom in four commercial wireless TV stations in Taiwan. And also hope the result of research could be the nice reference to the leaders of newsroom in commercial wireless TV stations in Taiwan. I used the questionnaire analyses to do this research. The questionnaire used 5 scales Likert to measure employees’ attitude, and use SPSS for Windows to analyses the relations among three dimensions(leadership style, organizational culture, and the concept of learning organization). The sample of this research is the employees of the newsroom in four commercial wireless TV stations in Taiwan(TTV、CTV、CTS、FTV). The total of the 411 of the 582 questionnaires issued were returned, for a return rate of 71%. The empirical findings of the data analyses were summarized as follows: 1.First, leadership style and organizational culture have a significant relationship. Besides this, leadership style and the concept of learning organization also have a significant relationship. Furthermore, the organizational culture and the concept of learning organization also a significant relationship. 2.In Taiwan, the “high consideration, high initiation structure” leadership style have the best ability to improve the learning organization in the newsroom of commercial wireless TV stations. 3.In Taiwan, the “supportive” organizational culture have the best ability to improve the learning organization in the newsrooms of commercial wireless TV stations. 4.In Taiwan, the employees in the four commercial TV stations have the significance different point of view in the dimension of leadership style and organizational culture, but only have a partly difference in the dimensions of learning organization. 5.Overall, some supportive results of this study illustrated the significant difference in leadership style, organizational culture, and the concept of the learning organization among diverse personal characteristics.
