However, the construction of “embededness” mentions that employee’s behavior should take social activity factors into considerations. By following the concept of “embeddedness”, this study categorize the factors affecting the employee behaviors into work and social. This study constructs a framework of the organizational embededness matrix by divides the embededness into structural embedness and relational embededness and by using the three aspects of link, fit and sacrifice from the contexts of job embeddedness that be issued by Mitchell, Holtom, Lee and Erez (2001). Results shows that some of the demographic variable have significant effect on “organizational embeddedness”. The organizational embeddedness indicates the positive relationships between trust and organizational commitment. Furthrmore, relationships between organizational embeddedness and organizational commitment were mediated by trust and higher trust can improve organizational commitment. That social relationship has the most comprehensive effect on employee behaviors.
