Under the tough challenge of shorten production life cycle and global logistics, most of the enterprise would like to integrate their resource and to build up the core competencies, then could ensure the existence and profitability of business.   In the study of Organization Behavior and Human Resource, researchers though "high organization commitment for organization is good", throughout the study result for key success criteria of ERP implementation, all the members within organization must with organizational commitment; once key success criteria could be controlled by enterprise, then it is possible for enterprise to implement ERP successfully.   This study intents to conduct a research by the way of case analysis, to investigate in order to implement ERP successfully, how an enterprise exciting member's organization commitment during the processes of ERP implementation; the influence for implementation result and leveraging core competencies. This study result showing, once members' with organization for ERP implementation could enlarge the influence of ERP implementation and to leverage enterprise's core competencies. Finally, for the enterprise which is planning to implement ERP or for the investigation of the relationship between ERP and core competencies, hope this study could be help.
