Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 資訊管理學系碩士在職專班 === 91 === This study is to explore the learning efficiency of new employees based on the eLearning platform; and investigate what effects the degree of interactive learning on the feature of the eLearning platform training the new employees. The research samples are mainly 43 new employees sampling from one high tech domestic company. According to the report, we conclude as follow : In main result part, the feature of eLearning platform, in such way of learning convenience or accumulating experience, has indeed a high positive effect on learning efficiency for new employees. In moderated effect part, in order to discover the moderated factor how affect on both the feature eLearning platform and the new employees’ training, we separate interactive learning into high and low two degrees to study. From the results we find out, no matter what degree of high or low, the p value of significance is 0.000 showing that interactive learning has a sound high positive effect on the eLearning platform training for new employees.
