Summary:碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 管理科學研究所碩士在職專班 === 91 === Pharmacists is important human resource in the hospital, It plays the important roleamong hospital development and product performance, So the behavior of pharmacists in hospital must be emphasized, To probe on pharmacists job stress for hospital is still worth researching. Data analysis on software package of SPSS 10.0 for window used personal computerin this study. Method of analysis has description analysis, factor, correlation analysis,multi-regression, hierarchy multi-regression and ANOVA analysis. The important discoveries of this research is described as follow: 1,There was a significant difference between job stress and the opposite sex; that is, the job stress of female is significantly higher than male. 2,There was no significant difference between marrige,age group,educational background, the length of an individual’s working experience, Status and job stress. 3,There was no significant difference between Type A/B Personality and job stress. 4, There was a significant difference between organizational climate and job stress. 5, there was negative correlation between job satisfaction and job stress. 6, There was a significant difference between organizational climate job stress and job satisfaction. According to conclusion of study ,The related suggestion to pharmacists and hospital could be give the benefit of stress management for pharmacists and it also improve work environment that would decrease bad environment factor which induced job stress.
