However, the way to succeed for an enterprise does not purely count on any single factor, but to develop an effective business model. This research adopts Descriptive Case Study method and takes system integration vendors as the object. Through theoretical and practical verification, it tries to describe how business strategies were made based on the structure of Hamel Business Model (2000). According to business model of Hamel, refine the business model of the studied company via the Core Strategy, Strategic Resources, Customer Interface and Value Network. Through the overview of the studied company’s business model, we try to provide System Integration Vender and studied company recommendations to the company strategy. There are four main results here: 1. The most important factor of business model is value network. Good customer interface and customer benefits offering are inferior. The completeness and strong force of dealership from system integration vendors would affect the beneficial result of value network, and they are the key factors to enterprises’ growth. Generally speaking, system integration vendor just focus on keeping a good relationship with supplier, but ignoring to enhance the skill ability to customers; Or on the contrary, they focus on enhancing skill ability service, but ignoring the relationship with supplier. 2. Good customer interface and customer benefits offering are important strategic business factors for system integrity companies. Outstanding service is good for establishing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and business promotion. Of course, it will affect enterprises competition also. Besides, system integration vendor have to pay attention to business efficiency, avoiding to damage profit and reputation. 3. The configuration of activities in an organization would affect the ability of strategic resource deeply. Effective configuration of activities can support the development of core strategy and create an enterprise’s competitive advantage; On the contrary, the strength of organization will be offset. 4. Business model is the pattern which organized by all kinds of key success factors. Enterprises have to adapt continuous innovation and movement management to strengthen their entire performance. This thesis has reference value to draft and adjust business strategy of system integration industry and the target company within.
