碩士 === 銘傳大學 === 公共管理與社區發展研究所碩士在職專班 === 91 === Abstract This study aims at explore the relations, especially the interactive process, between the local porn-industry and social accommodation (taking the case in Tao-Yuan Zu’s Kala OK.) The text falls into five chapters: Chapter 1 outlines the origination, motif, goal and description. Chapter 2 studies the penalties and laws against or overseeing “local porn-industry subculture” by collecting, compiling and researching through reduction on existing literatures such as journals, dissertations and theses for master’s and doctorate degrees focusing on theories of “Porn-Industry” and “Porn Dimensions”; Chapter 3 describes the field investigation, interviews conducted on the focus of the current policies of “Eight Leading Works Involving Porn” and case study on Zu’s Kala OK, where Section 1 studies “Origination of Penalty Policies to Porn Works”, Sections 2 and 3 looks into the connections between “Sex Workers” and development of local culture taking communities, consumers, law enforcers and porn business owners; further more the two latter sections also present a research report on the consumer culture in the space of porn-industry, etc in Tao Yuan City. Chapter 4 argues “the Rise and Operating Mechanism of Porn Industry” by discussing in general about observation on the phenomena in Wen Chang Park, interviews for case study, sex workers, porn dimensions, local authorities and their policies toward porn-industry. Chapter 5 provides the conclusion from the study and suggestions to the policies. It is the intention of this study to make certain contribution in both theory and practice to the policies properly addressing the local community porn-industry and local community development.
