In this thesis, we propose an agent server architecture that can be used to address the issues in heterogeneous environments where the implementation of iSCSI protocols might results in incompatibility. To forward the requests that iSCSI devices are unable to handle to an agent server will increase managerial efficiency and compatibility to enhance the practicability.
