In such a generation, after broad band technology being coming, people extend their dream to the cyber world. In such a world, we could find a lot of application of cyber space, like shopping online, and e-business. When people step in digital world, we are trying to make everything possible come true at this time. When people focus on knowledge and its own value again, and the developments of digital technology and Internet improve uninterrupted, the advancement of knowledge will must be occurred in the future. This advancement will be not only a technicality but also an organization. It’s a great advanced to touch cyber world. When people storage, share, and create in the cyber world, it’s the newest type of campus. Besides, people will communicate with others and grow up in this world. The purpose of this paper is to set up a Virtual Learning Platform by Virtual Reality, and build the Cyber Learning Space by setting up the Personal Information Platform. Besides, it could support an extra education system, for instance, adult, special, and continuing education, etc. In order to force the effect of learning on-line, the Virtual Learning platform will use a lot of different media to support a different course. Through the Web technology, we hope that learning in a virtual world could be realized by trying to change the experience from reality world to the cyber space.
