Then we synthesized two series of imide acid (BCI and BTI). Final the three kinds of poly-imide-ester were prepared by DR-19 chromophore and BCI、BTI. The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy, nucleus magnetic resonance spectrometer, thermo- gravimetric analyzer, differential scanning calorimetry, polarizing optical microscope, UV and different solvents were used for characterizing these monomers and poly-imide-ester. The result show those polymer are materials, which have no crystalline. After casting as thin film, they exhibit good opacity. In order to make the polymer consist of chromophores oriented. We used corona poling to form noncentrosymmetry. Using UV to observe the thermal stability of polymer.
