Knowledge sharing is important in the practice of knowledge management because knowledge is an intellectual assets increase in value with use. The purpose of this study is to discuss how did the personality traits, work values and corporate culture influence the knowledge sharing. The data collection method is by issuing questionnaires to top 500 companies in Taiwan. And a total of 120 questionnaires were used in the analyses. The research results are as follows. 1.“Risk tolerance” and “control” variables of corporate culture show significantly positive influences on knowledge sharing behavior. 2.“Achievement orientation” variable of personality traits shows significantly positive influences on knowledge sharing behavior. 3. “Social interaction” and “work growth” variables of work values show significantly positive influences on knowledge sharing behavior. 4.Considering all influences of personality traits, work values and corporate culture, it shows that: (1) corporate culture, personality traits and work values show influences on externalization behavior of knowledge sharing, (2) personality traits and work values show influences on internalization behavior of tacit knowledge sharing, (3) corporate culture and work values show influences with internalization behavior of explicit knowledge sharing.
