In the past decade, the importance of female workers’ daily activity did not be emphasized in the literature of urban design, so there are many inconvenient and dangerous spaces to female in the city. In order to solve this problem, the related literatures about feminism were reviewed in this study to understand the female daily activity system and the demands of activity system. Then, the principals and concepts based on female daily activity system were pointed out by case study. The concepts, mixed-use, a friendly walking space, safe and amenity environment, were implemented to draft urban design guidelines. Finally, the design guidelines drafted above were implemented at “Special district of Tainan station” to reconstruct a urban environment fit in with female workers’ daily activity system.
