Summary:碩士 === 國立體育學院 === 運動科學研究所 === 91 === The purpose of this study was to describe the process that the researcher following action research of using mind mapping explored concepts self, health, and sports about health and physical education for the seventh grade students teaching by researcher. In the first stage (9109~9112), students practiced mind mapping and the research found what questions students had and tried to solve. Then research into the second stage (9201), students drew self, health and sports mind maps in new mind mapping rules. After the winter vacation, students drew mind maps of the three center subjects again. Then the researcher analyzed the data, the results of this study revealed that: 1.The old edition mind mapping is good to express by word, but not by color or map and students search key words hard, and make them associate with something in thinking not smooth. 2.Teaching the skills of mind map step by step can advance students to use brain, and have to emphasize individual differences 3.There are interest, friend and family in the brain bloom of students’ self mind map. 4.There are sports, nutrition, food, disease, hospital in the brain bloom of students’ health mind map. 5.There are sports items, require, location, security and benefit in the brain bloom of students’sports mind map.
