BC-5 and BC-6 exhibit high quantum efficiency of 1.2 and 0.9 in solution state, respectively, relative to Coumarin 1. They also have high decomposed temperature(Td = 265.7℃ for BC-5 and 348℃ for BC-6). From the EL performance, at optimal doping concentration of 1.6%, BC-5 and BC-6 exhibit more saturated blue color in terms of CIEx, y(0.15,0.22) and CIEx, y(0.15,0.26). 陳 金 鑫 2003 學位論文 ; thesis 73 zh-TW
