碩士 === 國立嘉義大學 === 家庭教育研究所 === 91 === Abstract The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between leisure attitude and leisure participation of the single parent family. Subjects are 664 single parent families from Chia Yi.The results of the study have been analysised by statistical methods：t-test,product-moment correlation,one way ANOVA,regression. The conclusions of this study are as follows： 1. The single parent family have positive leisure attitude. 2. The single parent family trend to participate in static family leisure activities. 3. The single parent family get hight scores in leisure attitude scale,but they do not participate in family leisure activities positively. 4. The income of family every moon,level of education will influence the leisure attitude of the single parent family. 5. The gender,vocation,level of education,age of least children will influence the single parent family on choosing family leisure activities. 6. Leisure preference is the major variable to predict family leisure activities of the single parent family. Key words：the single parent family,leisure attitude,Leisure Participation.
