The research goals of this study are as follows: 1. To examine the theories related to the participant extent of the Association of Elementary and Junior High School Teachers. 2. To investigate the participant extent of the Association of Elementary and Junior High School Teachers when schools make administrative decisions. 3. To investigate the teachers’ satisfactory extent of the Association of Elementary and Junior High School Teachers in participation of administration decision 4. To investigate for the correlation of participant extent and satisfactory extent 5. To investigate the factors which influence the participation 6. To draw conclusions and make suggestions to agency concern. This study was constructed according to the literature review and investigated by questionnaire survey. Depending on the goals and needs, the researcher made the questionnaire “The participation extent of the Association of Elementary and Junior High School Teachers in the school’s decision-making” Questionnaire survey was the main method used in and the data were collected by the following methods: Mean, Pearson’s Correlational Analysis, T-Test, One-way ANOVA and Scheffe method. Making use of the questionnaire survey, the researcher investigated the 580 teachers from the school having the Association of Elementary and Junior High School Teachers in Mid Taiwan (Taichung Hsien/ Taichung City/ Changhua/ Natou and Yuenlin). Lastly, the researcher concluded the results analyzed from the statistics and make some suggestions.
