Many scientists try to find out the fundamental principles for many years. But because of the structures of protein are too complex, until now there are still no good theories to explain the process of protein folding precisely. In our research, we use a simplified model which is called HP model to simplify the amino acid in protein into H and P. We expect to reduce the complex and unnecessary mathematical calculation by this model and to find out the fundamental principle in protein folding. Then use PFZs(Partition Function Zeros) to test each sequence. Because of the thermodynamic characteristic of PFZs, we could check the temperature distribution in complexity plane of sequences. We expect to distinguish the difference between different sequences by this method. And find out how the arrangements of H units affect the properties of sequences.
