Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防醫學院 === 公共衛生學研究所 === 91 === Abstract The clinical competence is the necessary ability of the excellent physician. In Taiwan, the medical school lack of the good method to evaluate the clinical competence of medical student. It is to be doubted whether the medical graduate is competent or not. In order to evaluate the clinical competence of the medical graduate, we try to use the standardized patient to interact with the student and evaluate the student’s competence by the observer. Main findings of this study are as following: (1)There was no significant difference between the character (Such as age, graduate school, teaching hospital, specialist choice) and competence. (2)Total score of clinical competence is 40 points. The average score among the graduate is 24.85 points. Which indicates the medical graduate should upgrade their clinical competence. The physical examination and history taking need more efforts especially. (3)The score of national examination has no correlation with the score of standardized patient test, it shows that if excellent in the national examination is not necessarily excellent in the clinical competence.
