Description
Summary:碩士 === 國防管理學院 === 資源管理研究所 === 91 === In recent years, aging population rate has been increasing which indicates advanced improvement of medical science and Taiwan has become an aging population society. Increasing aging population has become a burden of social welfare and young people in Taiwan society. Therefore, the need of nursing homes is increasing and performance evaluation of nursing homes becomes more important than before. This paper sampled 49 small senior citizen homes as Decision Making Units (DMUs) in Taiwan, and adopts Fuzzy Multi-Criterion Decision Making DEA method (FMCDM-DEA) to measure each DMU’s performance expressing which input-output efficiencies. The results we obtained are: (1) the FMCDM-DEA method could achieve more accurately in measure of performance ; (2) 16 DMUs are the most efficient in overall efficiency、scale efficiency and technical efficiency, and DMU H3 is the least efficient one ; (3) A17 is the referred most DMU ; (4) The X1 will decrease 3825.572 units at most for CCR and decrease 1900.348 units maximum for BCC in the slack variable analysis ; (5) DMU X2 has the most influence on the sensitivity analysis.
