And estimate the situation of students’ interaction on class climate. On the other hand, investigate and discuss the influences, forecasting over leadership style and class climate on teachers’ and students’ background variation. The participants in this study will be elementary school teachers of grade 4th, 5th, 6th and the students’ from those grades, Analyze the information from past bibliography, questionnaire evaluation and interviews. Using self-edit questionnaire. Post-questioning valid samples: 64 teachers, 369 students; formal questioning valid samples: 330 teachers, 1964 students. All quantitative data will be analyzed by descriptive analyze method, T-test, single factor variety transformation and multi -analysis of regression to conduct out data analyze. Conclusion as the following: 1. Presently elementary school teacher in charge of a grade has trend to apply attentive and instructive leadership style, instead laissez faire style. 2. Obvious discrepancy has appeared on different gender, age, longer length of service on different leadership style; female who has longer length of service and senior in their age has score more compare to male who has shorter length of service and younger in their age. No discrepancy has appeared on different grade, educational background and different school system on leadership style. 3. Elementary school students’ interaction with classroom climate ranking from: competitive, innovative, teacher leadership type, affinity and classroom discipline. 4. Obvious discrepancy has appeared on different gender on interaction with classroom climate. Female students trend to score higher compare with male students on classroom discipline and teacher’s leadership. No discrepancy has occurred on competitive, innovative and affinity. 5. Obvious discrepancy has appeared on all four regions, which is, classroom discipline, competitive, innovative and affinity. The 4th grade students have scored higher compare to 5th and 6th grade students on classroom discipline, competitive, innovation and affinity. No discrepancy has appeared on teacher’s leadership style. 6. Background variation of teachers such as age of elementary school teacher has an influence of forecast effect on leadership style; background variation on students such as grade has an influence of forecast effect on classroom climate. At last, according to the analysis suggestions have been made to advice elementary school teacher, school administrative, and teachers’ training institution and for further research and study.
