Right now, Strategic management information system is getting popular in different companies no matter it is big or small sizes. Therefore, well —using the computer devices and application software such as systemized management, systemized and process, standardization of operational process, computerized of process will help firms to increase the overall performances and Sales and that is definitely inevitable. Obviously, Publishing Industries is the most important key factor in Culture Publishing Industries. It reflects the whole developing trend of the Age and presents the indications of the progress of national education, culture and economic evolution. In the cutting edge of high-tech and information technology, nowadays, society is becoming informative and company has been catching the trend of computerization and automation to get more competitive. The enterprises realize the strategic management information system is one of the most important and considerable elements to determine how to run the informational technology in their companies. Normally, the enterprises cannot understand if and how significant effect the investment of informational technology in their inner organization will be when they are evaluating the possibility of investment of information technology. In this study, I would like to use questionnaire to figure out if informational computerized and technology will cause any impact in company’s inner organization in publishing industries and to see whether how big the influence will be after publishing industries turn into informational systemization. After collecting all the feedback from questionnaires in this study, we discover after the informational systemization in enterprises, it dramatically and highly influences the complication, empowerment, and standardization of organization. According to the analysis outcome of questionnaires, we found the organizational types of will also affect how to set up the information systemization and usages in publishing industries. Hence, the suggestion in this study is that giving appropriate educational trainings are absolutely required no matter it is in the internality or externality of enterprises. That will be able to let informational system maximize its effectiveness and performance which will facilitate different departments in company to share information closely and timely for cooperation and will avoid mistakes occurred and significantly minimize the possibility of human errors and enlarge its functionality and advantages to create the most largest value added in various firms. Of course, it will also help publishing industries run business more flexible without having limitations worldwide even Taiwan joins WTO after.
