How could she or he be a “student” properly when a child picks up her or his schoolbag? Researcher applies the term--“body” as a key concept for research. When this concept is set in educational context, it inspires us to think that in the institutionalized collective living space what kind of plan does school employ and in which way does it participate in the technique to discipline students’ bodies for more productivity. Thus, researcher, in one way, discusses how school shapes classroom life on today’s elementary school campus through the discourse analysis of “classroom management”, and sits into classrooms to observe students’ school life in another way. By contrasting the two approaches, researcher would like to find another way out other than the closed space of classroom between teachers conducted by educational discourses and disciplined students. The results show that students do possess their own bodies, not conditioned by discourses or institutions. Besides, under today’s emphasis of educational liberation, teachers have loosened their restriction on students’ bodies and have allowed students to have more independent space. In the confined space of classroom, the subtle conflict between teachers’ instructional management and students’ physical activities is achieved by the bargain process between mutual interactions of teachers and students. none 蘇峰山 2003 學位論文 ; thesis 74 zh-TW |
