Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 化學系 === 91 === Abstract The purpose of the research is to syhthesize polyurethane prepolymer by adding a series of containing hydroxyl group as chain extenders;the appropriate monomers,solvent, chain extenders and curing agents must be considered,too. The homopolymer is limited to practical application;the blend of two kind of coating of homopolymer can combine those two properties.This research develops the coating of PU/Epoxy. The result of PU/Epoxy has concurrently toughness of PU and rigidity of Epoxy,and can improve the mechanical strength and hardness of the coating .Also we look for a novel curing agent with no toxicity,and by using different kinds of curing agents we develop a good normal temperature cured paint or heating cured paint. The research using Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FT-IR), differential scanning calorimeter (DSC) , and thermal gravimetic analysis (TGA) helps us to understand the crosslinking situation of the PU/Epoxy coating , heat-resistant property and thermal cracking temperature.
