Summary: | 碩士 === 國立高雄師範大學 === 成人教育研究所 === 91 === The purpose of this research is mainly to find out the relevant factors contribute the adult students withdrawal in Kaohsiung Hsin-hsing Community University. The researcher reviewed the theories of adult students withdrawal models, andragogical models and the background of the Community University. The related literatures were reviewed first to establish the questionnaires for the adult withdrawl students in Kaohsiung Hsin-hsing Community University. The questionnaire were designed according to the related researches. Finally several suggestions are proposed for the practitioners.
Following are suggestions for adult education practitioners:
1.Community university can put emphasis on adult students’
learning counseling.
2.Providing classes information.
3.Communicating with adult students about the learning contents.
4.Providing guidance and assistance.
5.Teacher offer learner-centered’s teaching method.
6.Providing interactions of teachers and students.
7.Providing encouraging learning automosphere to improve
learning motivation..
8.Community university use diversiform teaching method to
satisfy adult students learning needs.
9.Community university providing individual learning assistance
to prevent adult students withdrawal.
10. Community university providing suitable classes for adult
students.
