To consider the correlation between mathematic attitude and mathematic anxiety. And the effect of mathematic attitude and mathematic anxiety on mathematic achievement. 265 students of 4th grade from ten schools in Taitung and administrated with Mathematics Attitudes Scale, Mathematic Anxiety Scale and Mathematic Attitudes of Significant Others. Then interview 8 students. The findings are as follow: 1. The mathematic attitude of 4th grade students in Taitung is positive and the mathematic anxiety of 4th grade students in Taitung is lower. 2. Mathematic attitude, mathematic anxiety and mathematic attitude of significant others are found significant related mutually. 3. There are not different in mathematic attitude, mathematic anxiety and mathematic attitude of significant others between boys and girls. 4.
