The methods of data collection included as following: the observation in classroom, the interview of teachers and students, the student survey, and other related documents. (4) Satisfaction: understanding each student, controlling teaching time well, encouraging students to study, writing good words on the worksheets, well assessment. This research also found that each step of teaching style“5-E’ Learning Cycles” has many motivational strategies. 3. Outcomes of motivational strategies: The motivation grades of the science teacher ”Miss Dai” were better than the control teachers.
