碩士 === 國立中山大學 === 資訊管理學系研究所 === 91 === In the recent years，there are many innovations diffused。Some of the innovations were accepted by the clients，the others were rejected。There were many factors involved in the process of diffusion of innovation。The significant one is the role of Change Agent。The case selected in the research is a famous educational web site -「LOXA」。The web site supplies many free internet services，such as Web Server、DNS、Proxy Server、Mail Server for elementary school and junior high school in Taiwan。The numbers of member of「LOXA」grows rapidly in the past two half years，that is the reason why it was chosen。The purpose of the research is to understand the role of Change Agent in the diffusion of「LOXA」。 AT the end of the research，the following conclusions are made：(1)The sequence of diffusion is contributive to the diffusion of「LOXA」。(2)The most significant characteristic of innovations is「Relative advantage」。(3)The change agent of「LOXA」plays his role appropriately in the process of introducing innovation in a client system。(4)The behavior of change agent of「LOXA」is identified with the successful generalizations almost。
