By using content analysis and “the features category table” which edited by the researcher; the researcher takes both quantitive research and qualitive research into consideration and concludes as follows: I. Among awarded fiction there are forty-three ones discussing adolescents’ adaptation to society. The researcher classifies them into five categories as: “violence category”, “theft category”, “drug category”, “inspected criminality category” and “other categories”. Under each category , there are one to four sub-categories so as to investigate the major points description of the same category and compare their similarities and differences with the real world of society. II. In major points of description, as in the aspect of gender, the deviation behaviors of female characters are gaining more attention. And in the aspect of background, “campus” is the place that appears more often. There’s not much difference among “family”, “city” and “country”. This phenomenon entirely reflects the truth that the areas of criminal acts have been widely spread. On the side of studying situation, the deviation behavior rate of students is obviously high that explains the assumption that deviation behavior has a certain close relation with studying. When talking about family background, in general, there’s not much difference for the deviation behavior rates among adolescents from ordinary family, orphans and adolescents from broken families. It doesn’t correspond to the society reality that orphans (both parents are died) or adolescents from broken families are easier to commit a crime. As respects to the power of influence, words and deeds from senior generation have strong influence on their juniors. It seems that writers put more of their attentions to the influence from teachers. III. As to the category of comparison between general trend of changing and social statistic information, violence category is the one that practically reflects the vibration of adolescents’ adaptation to society. The theft category appears the quantity is obviously less. The drug category is not only less in quantity but also tardy in timing. The inspected criminality category and other categories are subject to change in every period of events and stably acquire the attentions from writers. The above conclusion is provided for the reference of concerning institutes, writers of adolescents’s fictions and researchers for their future research. They are also provided for the reference of studying strategies of adolescents’ social adaptation and adolescents’s fiction writing and research. Su, Yi-Wen 蘇伊文 2003 學位論文 ; thesis 206 zh-TW |
