Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 工業教育學系在職進修碩士班 === 91 === The study focuses on the influence of shop teaching and responding strategies of the electrical department of vocational high school for the student skill test. The research was done through literature reviewing and survey method, and the target objects were the teachers at the electrical department in vocational high schools. The effective questionnaires amounts to 466, and they were statistical analyzed by the following methods: the frequency distribution and percentage, means and standard deviation, and t-test and one-way ANOVA. Following all these information, the researcher drew a conclusion and offered the officers in the government educational departments some suggestions for reference. The suggestions could also be used as strategies or improvements for the practice of the new curriculum in the electrical department in vocational high schools. From the research, the researcher found that the student skill test plays an important role in the curriculum of the electrical department, especially in private schools. Most teachers think that the student skill test should be included in the teaching objectives of skill training. Most of these teachers would adjust their teaching materials to the student skill test and they would adopt different teaching methods and different evaluation criteria. Most teachers believe that the students might not able to pass the skill test just by following the normal curriculum; that is, the teachers have to give the students more skill practices after class. Concerning the effects of the student skill test upon the skill-training curriculum, the research drew conclusions as follows: 1.The schools should inform the students that the skill test is very important for their careers and further education and adjust the structure of the original curriculum to have the selective courses relating to the skill test advanced to the first or second year. 2.The schools should establish standard sites for the skill test and offer enough materials for students to practice. Also, the schools should include the skill test on the lists of the major development and the features of the department.3. As to those students who pass the skill test, the school can encourage them by giving them the credits of the related courses or some extra points. Finally, certain conclusions and suggestions for educational administration authorities , schools ,teachers, and further study were presented and proposed.
