In this study, value analytical procedure was to applied on concrete mix design. Based on the value analysis of component materials and functional properties such as compressive strength, workability and durability. Value coefficients were computed. It is found that slag or fly ash replacement for portland cement can enhance the concrete function and reduce manufacturing cost.
