This research use the principals, directors of educational administration , directors of equipment, directors of information , teachers and librarians in Taipei as the research objects, using the enquiry of CKO’s role task as the research tool, including basic information and the role task of CKO. It has good reliability and validity. The predictive test has 103 valid samples, using factor analysis and reliability analysis to research the reliability and validity of the enquiry. And the formal test has 515 valid samples, using statistic methods such as description analysis, T-test, ANOVA, Kendall’s coefficient of concordance to analyze and gain the results as follow: 1. Conducting knowledge management to school workers will help to the operating effects of school library. 2. Teachers is the best promoters of school library to promote knowledge management. 3. Male with higher education background and service ages has high cognizance and skill. 4. The librarians in a newly set-up school have high cognizance and skill. 5. School workers play the role of knowledge pioneer、CKO、knowledge analyst、knowledge steward、knowledge engineer and knowledge manager. Finally, this research bring up suggestions according to the above-mentioned findings.
