With these goals, it has arised the interest of this study in how to collect information effectively with the enormous management structures of government owned land. In response to the rapid changes in the societal environment, in an effort to increase organizational management performance, the organization is carrying out effective management strategies towards all information and knowledge at hand. Through the ideas of Knowledge Management, it can be seen that there are some common goals with the government in land reform. Thus, the two should be able to be combined to provide a new direction for thought. Based on this, this essay will focus on: 1. Land management information in government owned land, and 2. Knowledge of Management personnel which can help raise managerial efficiency. Looking at current analysis of government owned land management towards these two types of knowledge acquisition, accumulation, spreading activities, and enabling factors, one can see that the National Property Bureau is dedicating itself towards collection of the information, as well as appropriately making public connotations of that information. It’s just that there is still not much handling of knowledge on the part of the management. Except for operation oriented seminars, there is no real formal venue for knowledge exchange, and this could be an obvious issue for government owned land. Based on expectations, knowledge of government owned land will be able to realize its goals for raising managerial performance. This study attempts to provide a management counter strategy: 1. Establish a knowledge-management platform for government owned land. Besides alleviating roadblocks in the knowledge exchange of all offices, knowledge exchange can be motivated through contact with knowledge map and knowledge community. 2. Investigate all types of static and dynamic information in government owned land, and design suitable management performance indicator to aid filtration of low performance used land. 3. Discuss adjustment of management structures and criteria through established professional government owned management groups, and given them power over communication and planning. In short, if collection and utilization of information and knowledge management can be made more efficient, it should help management offices have a more positive influence on government owned land, and realize the intentions of this study.
