Data analysis was based on One-way Analysis of Variance, Multivariate Analysis of Variance, Canonical Correlation Analysis and Stepwise Multiple Regression. Important findings thus were as follows: (a)Teachers showed above average perception of principal transformational leadership . (b)Teachers showed average perception of principal transactional leadership . (c)Teachers showed above average perception of teachers’ satisfaction with the principal leadership . (d)Teachers’ perception of principal transformational leadership behavior was significant difference with their backgrounds. Teachers who were male, concurrent administrators and teachers in small-scale schools showed higher perception of principal transformational leadership . (e)Teachers’ perception of principal transactional leadership behavior was significant difference with their backgrounds. Teachers who were male, concurrent administrators, teachers in small-scale schools and principals with more than 7 years of terms of office in this school perceived higher principal transactional leadership . (f)Teachers’ satisfaction with the principal leadership was significant difference with their backgrounds. Teachers who were male, concurrent administrators, and teachers in large-scale schools showed higher perception of teachers’ satisfaction with the principal leadership. (g)There was significant canonical correlation between principal transformational leadership and teachers’ satisfaction with the principal leadership . (h)There was significant canonical correlation between principal transactional leadership and teachers’ satisfaction with the principal leadership . (i)Principal transformational leadership was significant predictors of teachers’ satisfaction with the principal leadership. (j)Principal transactional leadership was significant predictors of teachers’ satisfaction with the principal leadership. Finally, suggestions based on the above findings were made to provide references for further studies by educational administrative organizations, elementary school principals and future researchers.
